Current one-tube dRPA-Cas12a/Cas13a-Fluor assay yielded more FHV-1 and FCV positive results compared to the reference real-time PCR methods, when the cut-off Ct value was set as below 36. Additionally, the suspected positive samples yielded by the real-time PCR methods (Ct value was between 36 and 38) were marked by blue stellar. NC: negative control (DNase/RNase-free water)
