Preliminary establishment of dRPA-Cas12a/Cas13a assay. Positive detection readouts for single FHV-1 gene, single FCV gene, and double targets were obtained using preliminary dRPA-Cas12a/Cas13a assay without signal disturbance by fluorescence (A) and lateral flow dipstick modality (C), while unoptimized duplex reaction system resulted in reduced fluorescence intensity for both targets compared to initial single target (B).
