  1. PBS Phosphate buffered saline: SPF-ECE Specific pathogen free-embryonated chicken egg: β: the regression coefficient. Zero indicates precipitation of RBCs. SD standard deviation: HA of original strain 8 log2 and 9 log2 with RBCs 0.5 and 0.75%, respectively. The P-value of NDV after being treated α-Sitosterol was revealed significant effects (P < 0.0001) on the hemagglutination activity with both two concentrations of RBCs (0.5 and 0.75%)
