Apoptosis in canine mammary gland tumour cell line in response to oral paclitaxel. (A) The percentage of apoptotic cells was measured by flow cytometry. Total apoptotic cells were quantified using Annexin V (FITC) and propidium iodide (PI) double staining. (B) Annexin V⁺/PI⁻ cells were considered early apoptosis and Annexin V⁺/PI⁺ cells were considered late apoptosis. All experiments were independently conducted in triplicate.
