Biofilm formation. APEC wild-type strain IMT5155 (purple bar), selected transposon mutants (Mutant, red bar), and transposon mutants transformed with either empty vector pACYC177 (empty, blue bar) or pACYC177 plasmids bearing wild-type versions of transposon mutated genes (Comp, green bar) in M9 minimal media at 37 °C after 72 h.
