The apoptosis of spleen lymphocytes in PCV2 infected mice was inhibited by Matrine combined with Osthole through the PERK pathway. a-g The expression levels of GRP78 and each apoptin in the PERK pathway were analyzed by Western blot and grayscale analysis. After being treated with Matrine combined with Osthole, the levels of GRP78, p-PERK, p-eIF2α, ATF4 and CHOP were down-regulated.
