A Enteroids successfully cultured from tissue stored for 72H were significantly smaller than other groups (** p = 0.002). B Resultant enteroids from tissue stored for 48 and 72H were less proliferative than control and 24H (* p = 0.03, **p = 0.003, ****P < 0.0001). There was no difference in cultures resulting from tissue stored for 24H. 5–10 enteroids were measured per horse per timepoint, n = 3/group
