The expression density of the cell markers CD172a, CD14, CD163, and MHC-II on BALF myeloid cells from healthy and diseased camels. BALF leukocytes were labeled with monoclonal antibodies to the cell antigens CD172a, CD14, CD163, and MHC-II, and labeled cells were analyzed by flow cytometry. The expression density of all cell markers was calculated as mean fluorescence intensity (MFI) values and data were presented graphically for macrophages, granulocytes, and monocytes. * = p < 0.05
