Relative expression values of NFKB1, NFKB2, RELA, RELB and REL mRNA in the inguinal lymph nodes from non-pregnant ewes and pregnant ewes (n = 6 for each group). The mean mRNA expression level for each target gene was normalized to the expression of glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH), and the mean ΔCt value for the tissues collected from the cyclic ewe was a calibrator to compare the expression values from different stages of gestation.
