Intracellular cytokine expression in T cell subsets. PBMCs were stimulated with PMA (20 ng/mL)/Ionomycin (1 μg/mL)/BFA (1 μg/mL) or medium and cultured at 37 °C and 5% CO2 for 4 h. Cells were collected and stained with anti-CD4/CD8 antibodies and intracellular cytokine antibodies after being fixed and permeabilized.
