Con A-stimulated proliferation quantified by CFSE. PBMCs were stained with 5 μM CFSE at a concentration of 1 × 107/ml and stimulated with Con A (5 μg/ml) or medium for 72, 96, and 120 h. Cells were collected and stained with mouse anti-sheep CD4 and CD8 antibodies. Samples were assayed by flow cytometry and data were analyzed using FlowJo software.
