Total RNA was extracted from the liver (a), spleen (b), head kidney (c), skin (d), foregut (e) and hindgut (f) at 0 (as a control), 3, 6, 12, 24, 48 and 72 hpi for real-time PCR. Expression was normalized using the 40S ribosomal protein S11 (n = 3, mean ± SD, *P < 0.05)
