Alignment of the deduced amino acid sequence of CcIgZ3 with homologues from different species. Multiple sequence alignment was performed using Clustal X version 2.1 with the default parameters. The conserved cysteine (C) residues that formed the intrachain disulfide bonds are marked with boxes, and the first conserved C within the CH1 domain for interchain disulfide bond formation is indicated with an asterisk. The conserved tryptophan residues for the folding of the IgSF domain are marked with a hash.
