Sensitivity of the conventional PCR method. Templates of pMD-AIV (A), pMD-NDV (B) and pMD-DTMUV (C) were diluted from 1 × 107 copies/μL to 1 × 101 copies/μL. The detection limit of conventional PCR is 1 × 102 copies/μL for AIV, NDV and DTMUV. The gels were cropped. M, DL2000 marker; NC, negative control.
