Schematic of chip assay. Step 1: According to the parameters of the chip matrix, protein samples in 80 μL of PBS/2% BSA were diluted to 0.4, 0.2, 0.1, 0.05, and 0.025 mg/mL. Each dilution of each protein was printed 3 times using the SmartArrayer™. Step 2: Chip was incubated with 150 μL of 1:50 fold dilution serum.
