Inhibition of LTopIB relaxation activity of negatively supercoiled pBluescript SK (−) plasmid (pSK) mediated by different aromathecins concentrations (0.01, 0.1, 1, 10 and 100 μM). The control reaction contained 1% DMSO. DNA was separated by gel electrophoresis in 1% agarose containing 0.1 μg/mL ethidium bromide. Gels were visualized with UV illumination.
