Serial tenfold dilutions of virus from 10⁵ to 10⁻² EID₅₀ were tested for the conventional PCR, oligonucleotide microarray, and real-time PCR. The products of conventional PCR were separated using 1% agarose gel electrophoresis. +++ represents a very bright band/spot/signal, ++ represents a moderately bright band/spot/signal, + represents a weak band/spot/signal, and − represents no band/spot/signal
