The figure demonstrated the quality grade-dependent changes in mRNA expression in morulas at grades A, B and C within each group. The values are presented as arbitrary units and are expressed as the mean ± SEM. There were no significant differences (P > 0.05) within the early- (white bars) and late-cleaved groups (black bars) or between particular grades of morula stage (P > 0.05), as determined by two-way ANOVA, followed by the Bonferroni’s multiple comparison test
