Serum IgA (a), IgG (b) and viral neutralizing (VN) (c) antibody titers to PEDV. Forty-day-old weaned pigs were inoculated with mock, P100C4, P120 or P3. Subsequently, all pigs were challenged with P3 at 24 days post-inoculation (dpi). Data are displayed as mean with standard deviation in each group. The numbers of animals in each treatment group were six at inoculation and four at the challenge. Different letters mean significant different levels among groups (P < 0.05)
