The sera were diluted with PBS pH 7.4 in the range from (a) 0.000 (only buffer -dashed line, (b) 1 × 1010, (c) 5 × 109, (d) 1 × 109, (e) 5 × 108, (f) 1 × 108 Measuring conditions: electrodes modified with: Au-MBT/DPM–Cu (II)–His6–H1 HA monomer, electrolyte: PBS buffer pH = 7.4 (buffer composition: 0.1368 M NaCl, 0.0027 M KCl, 0.0101 M Na2HPO4, 0.0018 M KH2PO4).
