From: A bead-based suspension array for the detection of Salmonella antibodies in pig sera
Detection of anti-Salmonella antibodies in experimental pig sera with the fiveplex suspension array. The fiveplex suspension array was evaluated using 14 sera of pigs infected or immunized with various Salmonella serovars, as indicated on the x-axis. For each serum, results are given for five LPS-conjugated bead sets. All sera were positive in a BC1D1 LPS ELISA, except the two S. Goldcoast sera indicated by an asterisk (C.B.M. Maassen, unpublished). Signals are given in MFI (median fluorescence intensity)
