Phylogenetic analysis of the ORF5 sequences (518 nucleotides) encoded by EAV. The Serbian isolate, KX 645659 EAV-SER1, clusters with EAV strains isolated in Hungary. A Maximum Likelihood tree was created using MEGA 5 [18]. The analysis involved 147 nucleotide sequences retrieved from GenBank. The percentage of trees in which the associated taxa clustered together is shown next to the branches
