NDV viral load in oviduct. Primers targeting the M gene of NDV were used to detect virus replication in the oviducts of hens infected with the velogenic genotype VIId NDV strain by quantitative RT-PCR assay with three replications. According to our standard curve, the correlation coefficient (R 2) was 0.9979 with a slope value of -3.3749 (y = -3.3749 × + 37.202)
