ClustalW alignment of the nucleotide sequence from part of the pol gene of BIV. Comparison of the isolated sequence of the sample of lymphoma of a buffalo from the state of Pará, Brazil, Castanhal04 isolate (GenBank: KP202180), with the reference sample for R-29 (GenBank: M32690.1), and the isolates for OK (GenBank: U34389.1), FL112 (GenBank: L06524.1) and FL491 (GenBank: L06525.1). Castanhal04 and R-29 showed 99 % similarity, with only one transition point mutation at position 380 of the alignment.
