ELISA (a) and FMIA (b) results from a group of 30 piglets sampled near the time of initial PDCoV field exposure then 28 days later. Both assays show clear seroconversion to naturally circulating PDCoV. The horizontal line between both positive and negative testing samples shows the diagnostic cutoff value for each test previously determined by ROC analysis
