Role of CSF-1R signaling in canine mammary cancer cells migration assessed by “wound healing” assay. A. The statistical analysis was performed using Prism version 5.00 software (GraphPad Software, USA). The one-way ANOVA was applied to analyze the results. p<0.05 was regarded as significant and marked as *, whereas p<0.01 and p<0.001 were regarded as highly significant and marked as ** and ***, respectively.
