Real-time PCR quantification of the most frequent taxa at an order level in the faeces of chickens exposed to repeated cycles of antibiotic therapy. The therapies started on day 0, lasted for two days and were repeated on days 14 and 15, as indicated by arrows. Asterisks on the X axis indicate the days in which the representation of a particular taxon differed significantly from its representation at day 0, as determined by a t-test test (p < 0.05).
