CnOb exhibited decreased ERK phosphorylation when treated with increasing concentrations of serotonin (S), ritanserin (R) or when both drugs are combined (SR). b: Immunoblots of ERK and phosphorylated ERK in COS. Treatment with increasing concentrations of serotonin (S), ritanserin (R), or both drugs (SR) resulted in commensurate increases in phosphorylation.
