Bars indicate 95% confidence interval. At every time point after day 0 differences between both groups were statistically significant with the exception of day 28 ± 2 ( * ). Pruritus assessment by the owner at every time point was significantly lower than baseline for both treatment groups, with the exception of day 3 for the cyclosporine group (1, p = 0.3583).
