ELISA of anti-C2 response of mice challenged with T. congolense.Six months after the last booster, all the mice were challenged with T. congolense IL1180 (103 parasites per mouse) administered intra-peritoneally. Day 0 was the day of infection. Post challenge antibody response was evaluated ELISA using sera collected just before challenge (week 0), and at weeks 2 and 4 post-challenge.
