Comparison of IFN-γ plasma levels in CD4+ T cell- depleted animals (dashed red line) and non-depleted animals (green line) is shown in Figure 2A while the comparison of plasma levels in severe (black line) and chronic disease (grey line) outcome is displayed in Figure 2B. The day of depletion of CD4+ T cells is indicated by a red triangle. The standard error bars are displayed. Significant levels are marked (* = p < 0.05, ** = p < 0.01, *** = p < 0.001).
