Expression levels of FasL mRNA in PCV2- and/or PRRSV-inoculated swine alveolar macrophages (AMs). The expression levels of FasL mRNA in all cultures were analyzed at 42 h after inoculation with the first virus by RT-PCR and electrophoresis.
