The solubility of recombinant GST-Cap opt and Trx-His-Cap opt protein. The two proteins were expressed by E. coli strain BL21 (DE3)-pLysS transformed pGST-Capopt and pTrx-His-Capopt respectively. SDS-PAGE (A) was used to analyze the protein distribution pattern of suspension fraction and the pellet fraction. The soluble percent of two recombinant proteins was determined by measuring the intensity of target protein bands on coomassie blue-strained gels (B).
