IFA analyses of PEDV-infected Vero cells recognized by the anti-S mAbs. The Vero cells with the 80% confluence were inoculated with PEDV until exhibiting obvious CPEs. After fixed and blocked, the cells were incubated with the anti-S mAbs and Alexa Fluor 488-donkey anti-mouse IgG. The cell nuclei were stained using DAPI and the cells were visualized by Leica fluorescence microscopy. Representative images were shown. Scale bars, 200 μm
