Detection and identification of PPRV in test samples. A Total RNA of PPRV-L gene transfected cell samples was digested with DNase I. HEK-293T cells were transfected with lineages II and IV PPRV-L gene plasmids. Cell samples were collected at 12, 24, 36 and 48 h after transfection. Total RNA was extracted and digested with DNase I. B PPRV lineages II and IV were detected and differentiated in cell samples by the real-time qRT-PCR assay. After the RNA of PPRV-L gene transfected cell samples was completely digested by DNase I, it was reversed transcribed and detected by the established real-time qRT-PCR assay
