Determination of rMSNOX binding to cPlg and hFn. The binding ability of rMSNOX to cPlg (A) and hFn (B), confirmed by western blot assays. Gradient diluted rMSNOX protein (lanes 1–3: 2, 1, and 0.5 µg) and 2 µg BSA (lane 4) were incubated with 10 µg/mL of cPlg or hFn, then recognized by rabbit anti-cPlg or anti-hFn polyclonal antibody (1:1000). The full-length figures are presented in Supplementary Fig. S5. Binding ability of rMSNOX to cPlg (C) and hFn (D),identified by ELISAs with rabbit anti-rMSNOX serum (1:500). Plates were coated with 1 µg of cPlg or hFn, then incubated with serially diluted rMSNOX protein (1, 0.5, 0.25, 0.125, 0.0625, and 0.03125 µg/well).
