Mycoplasmacidal assays. The mycoplasmacidal activity of rabbit anti-rMSNOX serum toward MS WVU1853 (A), MS JS1 (B), MS SD1 (C), or MG Rlow (D) with complement ( +) or without complement (-) was detected. Rabbit anti-MS/MG serum and pre-immune rabbit serum were used as controls. Significant differences between anti-rMSNOX serum and pre-immune serum were analyzed with two-way ANOVA in GraphPad Prism 6
