Laparoscopic views of the abdomen. Haemorrhagic ascites was observed in the caudal side of the spleen (A). Mass lesion was presented in the centre of the abdomen continuous to the hepatic falciform ligament (B, C). After excising the surface of the mass lesion, fatty or fat-like tissue emerged from the inside (D). The parietal peritoneal surface was diffusely white and rough (E).
