Tunicamycin treatment induces ER stress markers but not cfa-mir-346 in DH82 cells. The ER stress expression markers resulted upregulated in DH82 cells treated with tunicamycin 2 µg/ml for 4 h (A), while the expression of cfa-miR-346 did not change significantly (B). Data are represented as the mean ± SD of technical replicates and are representative of two independent experiments. The graph shows the fold changes in comparison to the control (DMSO).
