Antibody and cytokine quantification of the vaccinated mice. Mouse serum was harvested at 1, 2, 3, 5, and 7 weeks post-inoculation from mice infected with high-dose live, low-dose live, low-dose live + inactivated, and inactivated Brucella, and a control group.
