Autologous CS. Blood was collected from eight horses (N = 8) and processed to produce the ACS. All the ACS were processed in three different Treatments; Frozen, Freeze- dried and Filtered freeze-dried. The ACS produced was then applied into the cartilage from the same horse the blood was collected. The application of ACS was done in two different concentrations (10 and 30%)
