Comparison between autologous and allogeneic groups for the total glycosaminoglycan (GAG) in media during the experiment. On Days 4 and 6 of the experiment, Allogenicity had significant effect (P < 0.022). Decreased levels of GAG were observed in Allogeneic treated samples when compared to Autologous treated samples on these days. Results are represented as mean and bars represent standard error of the mean. Asterisks demonstrate statistical significance between the groups on Days 4 and 6. Levels of significance was considered P ≤ 0.05
