Odds ratio (OR) of cranial cruciate ligament rupture and corresponding 95% confidence interval (95% CI) in 118 dogs participating in agility compared to 451 control dogs. Based on Chi-square analysis, four breeds of dogs had increased OR for cranial cruciate ligament rupture and three breeds had decreased OR. *After a Benjamini-Hochberg correction for false discovery rates based on the number of breeds in the comparison, the increased odds ratio for Australian Shepherds and decreased odds ratio for Border Collies retained significance (P ≤ 0.05)
