Metabolic evaluation of mTOR inhibitor treatment. Analysis performed following 24-h incubation with rapamycin (10 nM) or everolimus (10 nM). Seahorse metabolic parameters of glycolytic function measured in ECAR with drug treatment compared to vehicle for each cell line. Vehicles were DMSO. X-axis and Y-axis represent treated cell lines and ECAR respectively. Significance was recorded at ** p < .01, *** p < .001, **** p < .0001 using unpaired t-tests comparing treated groups to the vehicle DMSO control.
