From: Trichostrongyloid nematodes in ruminants of northern Iran: prevalence and molecular analysis
Phylogenetic tree of isolates of the Cooperia punctata obtained in this study (â–²) and other members of Cooperiidae family as retrieved from GenBank based on the partial ITS2 gene. The tree was constructed based on the maximum likelihood test and the Tamura 3-parameter model in MEGA6. Nematodirus spathiger sequence was used as the out group.
