From: Trichostrongyloid nematodes in ruminants of northern Iran: prevalence and molecular analysis
Phylogenetic tree of isolates of the Trichostrongylus species obtained in this study (â–²) and other members of Trichostrongylidae family as retrieved from GenBank based on the partial ITS2 gene. The tree was constructed based on the maximum likelihood test and the Tamura 3-parameter model in MEGA6. Haemonchus contortus sequence was used as the out group.
