Flow diagram of urine samples enrolled and included in analysis after 24 and 48 h, respectively. Out of 170 samples included, 10 samples were prioritized for 48 h because of insufficient volume and two samples were not cultured at 48 h due to lack of access to the laboratory on the specific days needed. Unpreserved samples were stored refrigerated while boric acid preserved (UriSwabTM) samples were stored at room temperature
