Receptor tyrosine kinase transcript expression in primary canine urothelial carcinoma tumor samples and primary urothelial carcinoma cell lines. Total RNA was isolated from primary canine urothelial carcinoma (UC) tumors (N = 9) and quantitative RT-PCR was performed to determine the relative expression of A PDGFRα, C PDGFRβ, E KIT, and G VEGFR2 transcript. All reactions were performed in triplicate. Data presented represent the mean, error bars = SD.
