Receptor tyrosine kinase transcript expression in primary canine urothelial carcinoma tumor samples and primary urothelial carcinoma cell lines. Total RNA was isolated from primary canine urothelial carcinoma (UC) tumors (N = 9) and quantitative RT-PCR was performed to determine the relative expression of A PDGFRα, C PDGFRβ, E KIT, and G VEGFR2 transcript. All reactions were performed in triplicate. Data presented represent the mean, error bars = SD. Total RNA was isolated from canine urothelial carcinoma (UC) cell lines (N = 5) and quantitative RT-PCR was performed to determine the relative expression of B PDGFRα, D PDGFRβ, F KIT, and H VEGFR2 transcript. Three independent experiments were performed for each cell line and all reactions were performed in triplicate. Data presented represent the mean, error bars = SD from three experimental replicates
