Transverse (A) and dorsal (B) computed tomography angiography images revealed a thrombus in the main portal vein, extending to the right and left branches of the intrahepatic portal vein (arrows). The thrombus in the dog was clearly detected as a non-contrast-enhanced structure, and the lumen of the blood vessel was enhanced.
