Organ coefficient of mice. The heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney, thymus and brain were collected and weighed at 3,4 and 5 dpi (n = 4). The relative organ weight was calculated according to the formula: organ coefficient (mg / g) = organ weight / body weight. “*” represents the significant differences (p < 0.05) observed between the infected-untreated group and infected-treated groups, and “#” represents the significant differences (p < 0.05) observed between the uninfected-untreated group and infected groups
